 With
half a dozen fine albums under his belt, Nanaimo native David Gogo is
currently blazing his way across Canada with blues legends Downchild
Blues Band, promoting "Vibe", his latest on Cordova Bay Records.
"Vibe" is a radical departure from conventional blues stylings and a
refreshingly "oh-so-cool" look at the Blues! David, keyboard powerhouse
Brendan Hedley, guitar virtuoso Jeff Healy and songwriter Tom Wilson
combine to deliver what may be Gogo's strongest work yet!
David started playing the guitar at the age of five and in his early
twenties, was gigging professionally, opening for blues giants such as
Buddy Guy, Albert Collins and Johnny Winter!
